The more aaa you hold, the more aaa you earn. aaa is distributed in real-time, and is accrued in your earnings. The price of aaa goes up and down as players deposit and withdraw aaa.
Pricefloor:
Pricefloor is a specialized contract which was given aaa on deployment of the core contract - it earns aaa just like any other holder - however, it can never sell, redeem, or transfer its aaa - it can only compound its aaa into more aaa. The end result is, if every other holder was to sell their aaa, there'd still be a price, value and liquidity in aaa.
